4. Estimates, Proposals & Approvals
- Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection.
- Hidden damage (e.g., behind walls, under flooring) may require revised pricing.
- Work generally begins after your approval or signed authorization, unless emergency conditions require immediate action.
5. Access to the Property
- You agree to provide safe access for our team to perform services.
- Pets, children, and other occupants must be kept clear of work zones and equipment.
6. Health & Safety Requirements
We follow industry standards (including IICRC guidelines where applicable). You must notify us of any hazards such as asbestos, lead paint, unstable structures, or environmental concerns.
If unsafe conditions are discovered, work may be paused until safety measures are implemented.
7. Insurance Claims & Third-Party Communication
- We may assist with documentation for insurance, but you remain the policyholder.
- Your insurance company may or may not approve the full estimate amount.
- You are responsible for deductibles, depreciation, or denied charges.
8. Pricing, Billing & Payment Terms
- Pricing may be based on industry software (e.g., Xactimate), flat rates, or time and materials.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Deposits may be required for large or specialized projects.
- Late payments may incur fees or collection costs.
- Payments may be processed electronically using secure third-party payment processors such as Square. By submitting payment, customers agree to comply with Square’s applicable Payment Terms & Conditions.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellation fees may apply if technicians/equipment were already dispatched.
10. Condition of Property & Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for removing fragile or valuable items unless agreed otherwise.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unrelated structural issues.
11. Photos, Videos & Documentation
We document property conditions for accuracy, insurance compliance, and project records. This includes photos, videos, moisture logs, and inspection notes.
- Documentation may be shared with you or your insurance provider.
- We do not publicly share identifiable images without permission unless required by law.
12. Limited Warranty
PCRRG follows industry best practices. However, because property conditions vary, outcomes may depend on factors beyond our control, such as hidden damage or future leaks.
Specific warranty terms may be stated on your estimate or invoice. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCRRG shall not be liable for:
- Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
- Loss of income, property value, or use
- Damages arising from services performed under emergency conditions
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
